One address, read by a person
The address
Write to [email protected]. That is the only address for this game, and it reaches The Audacity, a sole trader registered in Italy. There is no ticket system, no chat widget and no phone number, because there is no support department to hide behind one.
Bugs
Bug reports are welcome and genuinely useful. The two things that help most are your browser and its version, and what you were doing in the ten seconds before it went wrong. If it happened in an online room, include the room code from the pause screen, because it tells us which room and which round to go and look at. Screenshots are better than descriptions. A short video is better than a screenshot.
Press and portals
Journalists, streamers and game portals should all use the same address. For a portal enquiry, say which platform you represent and what your integration expects, and mention any content requirements up front. The roster is deliberately mild and the game carries no violence beyond foam, but if your platform has a stricter bar, tell us what it is rather than guessing at ours.
Takedown requests
If you believe something in this game infringes your rights, or if you appear in it in a way you object to, write to the same address with the words "takedown request" in the subject line. Tell us what the material is, where in the game it appears, and what your claim to it is. We read those first and we answer every one of them, whether or not we agree.
How long it takes
One person answers this mailbox and it is not their only job. Expect a reply within a week for anything ordinary, and sooner for a takedown request or a bug that stops people playing. If a fortnight goes by with nothing from us, send the message again rather than assuming it was ignored, because it almost certainly went to spam.
The code
The game is built by The Audacity and its source lives in a private repository under the TheAudacityIO organisation on GitHub. There is no public issue tracker, so email is the way in.
