HOUSE OF FARTS!Terms, in plain words
Last updated 2026-09-10
Who you are agreeing with
This game is operated by The Audacity, a sole trader registered in Italy, reachable at [email protected]. By playing the game at houseoffarts.rip you accept the terms on this page. If you do not accept them, close the tab; nothing else is required of you.
What you get
You get to play the game for free, for as long as we keep it running. There is no account, no subscription, no purchase and nothing to cancel. We may change the game, add to it, take parts out of it, or stop hosting it altogether, and we do not have to give notice before doing any of that. If you are old enough to be reading this and young enough to enjoy it, you are the intended audience either way.
House rules for online rooms
Online rooms are shared with other people, so behave in them. Do not use a player handle that is abusive, hateful, sexual, or designed to impersonate somebody else. Do not attempt to disrupt a room for other players, and do not automate play, modify the client, or otherwise try to award yourself things the server did not give you. The server holds every score that matters, so cheating mostly wastes your own evening, but we still reserve the right to block a player or an address that spoils the game for others.
Advertising
The game is supported by advertising, served through Google AdSense. Ads are non-personalised for everyone at every age. Ads appear on these information pages and, once approved, between rounds; they are never placed over live play. What an ad partner may and may not do here is set out on the privacy page, which forms part of these terms.
What belongs to whom
The game, its code, its artwork and its characters belong to The Audacity. The roster is parody, written under a published rule: politicians, not politics, and the person, not their nationality. If you believe something here infringes your rights, the contact page explains how to send a takedown request and we answer every one.
No warranty
The game is provided as it is, with no warranty of any kind. It may go down, lose your round, or behave strangely on a browser we have never seen. We are not liable for any loss that follows from using it, beyond what the law will not let us exclude. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under Italian or European law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Italy. If a dispute cannot be settled by writing to us first, which is the route we would much prefer, it goes to the competent Italian courts.
